I don’t look at the service I provide as simply helping people buy or sell homes. I am committed to protecting my clients interest while helping them realize their real estate goals sooner, with less inconvenience and greater monetary gain than they would have achieved without our involvement.
For me to be of any service to my clients I must first and foremost be worthy of being trusted. My commitment to my clients and for that matter the public at large, is that I will always be honest in all my dealings. To my clients, in whom I have a fiduciary duty, I go even further by committing to a practice of full disclosure. Which is to say that I’m not just honest in my answers but forthright in disclosing any issues that are relevant to my client’s interests.
Success in life and success in real estate is the same; plan and act instead of wait and react. I am decidedly proactive in dealing with my clients’ interests. I am a student of the real estate market and of best real estate practices. The real estate advice I offer my clients is supported by my knowledge of it. And I use that knowledge to not only actively create positive outcomes for my clients but what is in some cases more critical – avoid the negative ones.
As a Realtor, I have what is termed as a fiduciary duty to my clients. Simply put it means that I am required to place the interests of my clients above that of others – including my own interests. My loyalty to my clients is a commitment I take very seriously. Every decision, discussion and strategy I conduct is done so with my clients’ best interests in mind. Aside from that being in line with my own personal convictions, I think that it just makes good business sense to operate that way.
Underscoring all that I do on behalf of my client properties is my focus on ensuring I keep my clients regularly updated on all relevant developments. Matters such as showing feedback, marketing updates and the like are important to my clients’ ability to make the right decisions. After all, though I market my clients’ properties as though they were my own – they’re mot. I never forget who I work for – you, my client.
Real estate, possibly more than any other commercial activity, has a great deal to do with details. The fate of what is typically a person’s largest investment and a dominant factor in the quality of their lives can be advanced or seriously diminished by how the details of a real estate transaction is handled. Unfortunately, the only time a buyer or seller is aware of the significance of a seemingly incidental detail is when it wasn’t handled properly in their favour. I pride myself on being diligent with regards to every aspect of the services I provide that have an impact on my clients’ interests and wellbeing.
My clients don’t just hire me because of my reputation or my experience or my approach or even because I might come highly recommended to them. My clients hire me because they expect one thing above anything else – results! Which is why my value proposition is simply this: I will make it happen! As noted above, I am committed to protecting my clients interest while at the same time, helping them to realize their real estate goals sooner, with less inconvenience and greater monetary gain than they would have achieved without my involvement.
